30K Club Founding Member

The 30K Club is a unique opportunity to help make positive, long term change for people less fortunate in our city. Our goal is to see the people of Kelowna contribute $30 per month – just $1 per day – toward recovery, transitional and affordable housing solutions and to expand our successful programs involved with these homes.

Help us end the cycle of loneliness, destitution and despair. No one can navigate a crisis without shelter, security and sustenance – without support, compassion and opportunities. Safe housing, rehabilitation and skills training can provide a new foothold in society. The need is too great to ignore. You can help.

Our Goal:

With the opening of Shiloh House and Harmony House 30K Club has made significant strides toward the original goal of providing recovery, transitional, and affordable homes in the Kelowna area.

These residences offer second-stage housing for women and children who are ready to move towards independence but cannot do it alone. While living in the homes, women are asked to work or attend school, and support themselves by cooking, cleaning, and generally maintain their own household.

We at 30K club are now able to work on the second part of our goal which is to expand our programs that are making a profound difference.

Some of our 30K successes include:

780+ people placed in independent, transitional or recovery housing
4100+ people assisted by case workers
4600 dental patient visits (find out more about our free Dental Clinic)
$1Million in free dental service provided

The proceeds from the 30K Club will facilitate these ongoing goals.
